Prioritizing customer interaction, Shawn, and the internal team, with the help of outside vendor support, were tasked with creating an extraordinary customer experience, which included product displays and visual touchpoints that could be seen from just about anywhere at the show.

To help ignite the sales team, Shawn was asked to design a logo and theme for an event called ‘Shift.’ To heighten the attendee experience, he visually integrated the shift theme throughout the event. Items included an app, wayfinding, poster, awards, certificates, and name badges. Some of which are shown below.
