Employee support is crucial for business success, and to engage a young group of professionals, Shawn was tasked with introducing the cool factor into a strict corporate culture. He created a visual language that would speak directly to an aspiring workforce using inspirational imagery and leveraging existing brand elements. Here we are showing an internal poster and pull-up banner.

Recruitment Campaign for Social
Shawn designed and developed geotargeted recruitment campaign for the hourly workforce. The campaign included four different advertisements with varying CTA’s, reaching 201K users with 299K total impressions.
Longstanding Partnership
Any good business is built on lasting relationships, and to celebrate 25 years of partnership, Shawn was asked to design a logo that would commemorate the two companies. Primarily used for sales presentations and swag, you can spot a Metrie or Masonite employee proudly wearing this on their sleeve.
